Sagittarius Ayu loves freedom and always goes on adventures, but often gives up halfway. One day, he met a wise man on his journey, who gave him a citrine: “It can make you as free as the wind and as firm as the earth.”
Ayu carried the crystal with him. One day, he passed by a high mountain and wanted to take a detour, but suddenly he had the idea of persisting. He climbed step by step and finally saw a beautiful sunrise. At that moment, he understood that true freedom is not to run forever, but to know why you stop.
Uncle Yan, a Capricorn, is the most serious clock keeper in the village. He has been watching the gears turn for 30 years, and even his smile seems to be measured. The children say that there is a granite fortress in his heart.
On the winter solstice, the old craftsman gave him a piece of smoky quartz: “Try it, this is the honey brewed by the earth for ten thousand years.” Uncle Yan put it in his old pocket watch.
Gradually, he would report the time on the hour and give a cup of hot tea to the flower girl with frozen hands on the street corner; after repairing the church clock, he would let the children use the gears as toys.
When the New Year’s bell rang, people found Uncle Yan baking soft rice cakes with the sunlight reflected by the smoky quartz next to the cold copper bell, and the wrinkles at the corners of his mouth were sweeter than ever before.
The imaginative Pisces always stares at the waves at high tide, telling her thoughts to the non-existent elves. The fisherman laughed at her stupidity, but she saw a blue castle at the bottom of the sea.
On her birthday, her grandmother gave her an aquamarine: “This is a stone made of mermaid tears, which can help you distinguish between real dreams and good dreams.” That night, the storm came, and the little fish held the gem tightly, and saw for the first time – the real fishing boat struggling in the tsunami. She tried her best to wake up the whole village and save the entire fleet.
From then on, she still loved to dream, but always carried the slightly cool blue in her pocket, like a gentle sea that would sound the alarm.
